How to install brass ball valve

1. For Brass Ball Valve F1807 PEX connected by pipe thread, when installing and tightening, the pipe should be perpendicular to the end surface of the valve body, and the wrench should be wrenched at the hexagonal or octagonal part on the same side of the thread, and should not be wrenched at the hexagonal or octagonal or other parts of the valve at the other end. , So as not to cause deformation of the valve body or affect opening;

2. To connect the ball valve with internal thread, the length of the external thread of the pipe end must be controlled, so as to avoid the thread end of the pipe end being too long, pressing against the internal thread end surface of the ball valve when screwing in, causing deformation of the valve body and affecting the sealing performance;

3. When the ball valve connected by pipe thread is connected with the thread of the pipe end, the internal thread can be a tapered pipe thread or a cylindrical pipe thread, but the external thread must be a tapered pipe thread, otherwise the connection will not be tight and leakage will be caused;

4. When installing the flange ball valve, the index circle on the flange ball valve should be the same size as the index circle on the pipe flange to match. The center of the pipe at both ends should be perpendicular to the flange surface of the flange ball valve, otherwise the valve body will be twisted. Deformed

5. When installing the ball valve connected by pipe thread, the sealing material should be clean;

6. When installing, make sure that there are no obstructions within the opening and closing range of the ball valve handle, such as walls, pipes, connecting nuts, etc.;

7. When the handle of the ball valve is parallel to the valve body, it is open, and when it is vertical, it is closed;

8. The medium of the copper ball valve should be a gas or liquid that does not contain particles and is not corrosive;
